What is the Spirit of Your Business?
As an intuitive coach and business consultant, one of the most powerful ways my clients generate results is by connecting to the Spirit of their Business. If you’re here, you know that everything is energy—this applies to your business as well!
Your business is its own energetic entity, with its own consciousness. It’s a being that exists outside of you, and you can collaborate and communicate with it like you would a spirit guide. Connecting to the spirit of your business by pulling cards, asking questions, automatic writing or journaling, and other forms of channeling can help you co-create the highest outcomes and gain clarity when you’re feeling stuck.
How to Receive Guidance from The Spirit of Your Business
As with most divination practices, the more specific and intentional your questions, the clearer the answers you receive! Ask these questions in whichever way you like to connect to your intuition, Guides, or The Universe. Maybe you prefer to pull Tarot cards or use a pendulum. Maybe you love a journal prompt and automatic writing really resonates with you.
Give yourself a moment, take some nice, slow deep breaths, place a hand on your heart, and get quiet. Ask the Spirit of your Business to fill your space and your spirit, and call in its energy before asking these questions.
Make sure to close the container and “hang up the phone” with your business when you’re done by saying thank you!
Questions to Ask
- What has been unknown to me that is now ready to be known? What am I missing?
- (Business name), what would you have me do? (This can be more general, or more specific— aka, what would you have me do with this particular situation, etc.)
- What do you want me to create today?
- Where would you have me direct my energy or focus this Zodiac season?
- What is my assignment right now/this month/this quarter?
Trust whatever comes up! In my experience, guidance from Spirit is often a slow burn. Meaning, the answers or insights you receive may make more sense after a few days. Jot down the messages you get, and revisit them in the hours and days following your reading or inquiry.
Remember, you can’t get this wrong! Keep it light and remember that YOU are the one your business chose to carry its mission and vision forward.
What The Spirit of Your Business Wants You to Know
Here are some messages that I’ve received from the spirit of my business, channeled here for the collective (that’s you!):
The Spirit of Your Business wants you to know that you’re not in it alone. All the decisions and planning and strategizing that you feel are weighing solely on your shoulders… it’s not all up to you. Your business wants to help you, to flow through you. You are chosen as the conduit, the channel, the messenger, here to help your business as an energetic entity carry out its mission in the world—its purpose and medicine.
And, you were chosen because you are the best person to bring the vision and heart of your business to life.
Your business wants you to check your ego. Where is your ego, currently, in the ecosystem of your business? Is it at the helm, driving the ship? Is it leading your messaging, your sales strategy, your client conversations and customer interactions? Where are you acting out of protection of self or image? Your business wants you to balance the scales and return to love and passion and curiosity. This is where the frequency of joyful service carries you forward and brings clarity and ease. This is where abundance, success, opportunities, inspiration flow in as a byproduct of your alignment.
Where are you being called to expand and grow? Your business wants to help. Just like babies (souls) come with their own angels, so, too, does the Spirit of your Business.
Your business wants to thank you. Without you, there is no ‘it.’ It wants to thank you for stepping out in faith, being brave, taking risks, betting on yourself and your vision, and following one intuitive nudge after another.
Your business wants you to remember why you started on this path in the first place. That feeling of optimism and purity of heart and sacred naivety that filled your spirit when you first began.
Your business wants you to remember to zooooom out. It’s not that deep! You’re in this game for the long haul, and it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Remember that the dynamic between you and your business as an energetic entity is a relationship. You’ll go through seasons of feeling connected and on fire and blissed out, and you’ll experience moments of uncertainty or disconnection or changes. All of this is normal and none of it means a damn thing about you or your ability to create your vision. Reconnect to your why, and ask your business to show you what it wants and needs from you to feel more connected and in-sync.
Whenever you’re feeling discouraged or unsure of your next steps—the trajectory of your business or path in entrepreneurship—remember that you can always consult the Spirit of your Business for guidance.
